Fort Lauderdale has seen significant growth in the past couple of years. Especially in the North Beach Village. The area north of Las Olas Blvd and South of Sunrise Blvd. Residents have begun to move in to the recently finished Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach and Gale Boutique Hotel & Residences. The Condos at Gale have been done for some time now, but the hotel aspect of the project is still under way. Gale hotel will be rebuilt in the existing historical site. In addition to these, the “finally” completed Conrad Ocean Resort Residences & Hotel have opened their doors to resident/owners and customers.
Now, what’s coming next to the area? New construction is currently underway at luxury boutique buildings, 321 At Waters Edge, Adagio and the Wave on Bayshore. Directly on the beach, The Four Seasons Residences & Hotel has begun construction as well. That’s a lot of new residents moving in or about to! These developments are the beginning of the North Beach Transformation. With most of the Intracoastal and beach side land almost all completely redeveloped, developers are starting to develop the interior parts of the North Beach.
The Wave on Bayshore is the newest interior site for Fort Lauderdale Beach. But as of recent, there is a new approved luxury boutique condominium that may start sales as early as this fall.
