Venezia Las Olas Floor Plans

Living Venezia Las Olas starts on the 5th floor. The units are the same 5-10 except that The 5th floor only has 4 units. Other differences on the 5th floor is that units 504, 505 have oversized balconies and 506 is slightly larger at 1,510 sq.ft. The rest of the floor is equipped with the buildings main amenities including the Pool, Spa, Sauna’s, Gym and Club Room.

The floor plans are the same for the “sub-penthouse” style units on floors 11-15. Units on the 11th floor feature over-sized balconies. 1501 & 1503 were combined from the original purchaser into a massive penthouse style unit.
